2. General information
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate PAD00, process listing orders, communicate with customers and fulfil legal obligations. The legal bases are, depending on the processing activity, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual and contractual processing, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for legal obligations and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interests in secure and reliable website operation.

3. Server log files and hosting
When this website is accessed, the web server may process technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser information and operating system. This processing is necessary for secure delivery, error analysis and protection against misuse. The hosting provider processes such data on our behalf where applicable. Log data is deleted when it is no longer required for these purposes, subject to security incidents and statutory retention obligations.

4. Essential sessions and cookies
PAD00 uses technically necessary session functionality, including for security features such as CSRF protection and the arithmetic challenge. These functions are required to provide the website and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. PAD00 does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies.

5. Token listing order
When you submit an order, we process the information you enter, including token/project data, blockchain and contract address, project descriptions and links, uploaded token logo, selected listing platforms, contact email, Telegram username, payment method, payment amount and transaction ID. We also store the order number, processing status, listing status and timestamps. The purpose is to accept, verify, perform and document the requested listing service. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

6. Storage of orders
Orders are stored on the web server in protected files. PAD00 does not require a customer account. A customer receives a private tracking link containing a random access key. Order information is retained for as long as required to perform the service and thereafter only for the period required by statutory commercial, tax, accounting or legal retention and defence obligations. Data that is no longer required is deleted or restricted.

7. Selected external listing platforms
To perform the service, the project information provided by you is manually submitted to the external listing platforms you selected. These platforms process the submitted project information under their own responsibility and privacy rules. Depending on the selected platform, data may be processed outside the European Union/European Economic Area. Only information required for the respective submission is transferred.

8. Telegram notifications and communication
PAD00 may use Telegram for internal order notifications and, where you provide a Telegram username, for order-related communication. Telegram is an external service and data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. Internal notifications are limited to information required to identify and process the order. If you do not wish to communicate via Telegram, you can contact us by email.

9. Cryptocurrency payments
Payments are made using the displayed cryptocurrency wallet addresses. Blockchain transactions are publicly visible on the respective blockchain and cannot generally be deleted or altered by PAD00. We process the transaction ID and payment information in order to verify payment and assign it to your order. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where applicable, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.

10. SOL price conversion
If SOL is selected as the payment method, PAD00 may retrieve a current SOL/USD price from an external price service on the server side in order to calculate the displayed payment amount. No customer account is created for this purpose.

11. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on the nature of the enquiry.

12. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

13. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. The public customer tracking page is read-only and protected by an individual random access key. Administrative functions require separate authentication.

14. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy if the website, service or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies.

Service Terms

1. Service
PAD00 provides a manual submission service for crypto/token projects. The customer selects one or more external listing platforms and submits the required project information once. PAD00 then submits that information to the selected platforms after payment verification.

2. No listing guarantee
PAD00 does not operate the external listing platforms and cannot guarantee acceptance, publication, processing time, ranking, votes, traffic, trading volume, token price or any other result. Each third-party platform decides independently whether and how a project is published.

3. Customer information
The customer is responsible for ensuring that submitted project information, links, logos and other materials are accurate, lawful and may be used for the requested submissions. PAD00 may refuse or stop processing orders containing obviously unlawful, misleading or abusive content.

4. Prices and payment
The price shown during checkout is based on the number of selected platforms. Payment is made in the displayed cryptocurrency and is verified manually. Processing normally begins only after successful payment verification.

5. Processing time
PAD00 normally processes selected submissions within approximately 48–60 hours after payment verification. This is a target processing period, not a guaranteed publication deadline. Review times of external platforms are outside PAD00's control.

6. Refunds
Once PAD00 has begun submitting an order to a selected external platform, the service for that submission is considered started. A rejection, delay or non-publication by an external platform does not by itself create a right to a refund for work already performed. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Crypto project disclaimer
PAD00's service is a technical/marketing submission service. It is not investment advice, financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell tokens, an endorsement of a project, or a guarantee regarding the legitimacy or future performance of any token displayed or submitted through PAD00.

8. External links
PAD00 contains links to third-party websites. The respective operators are responsible for their content, availability, terms and data processing.
